All the bookings are to be sent to email@example.com and Columbus will confirm back by e mail.
In normal situation, 20% deposit will be collected 2 months before clients’ arrival. But deposit may be collected earlier if any hotel ( especially small luxury hotels ) will collect deposit before this period. Account details will be mentioned on the invoice.
3. Full payment
Full payment will be collected 3 weeks before clients’ arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy depends a lot on the suppliers’ policy. Most of the hotels and air lines have 100% cancellation fees for “ No show” so we have to follow them.
For cancellations made one month before arrival, most of the suppliers have free cancellation.
5. Right to deny serving
Columbus reserves the right not to service the clients if payment is not received in time unless there is a credit term agreement.
6. Columbus Travel will make every effort to operate all tours as advertised but we reserve the right to amend, re-route or cancel following the changes made by the suppliers such as Air Lines, Cruises, Balloon operators etc.
7. Columbus Travel may suspend any of its tours if its ability to perform is affected by acts of Gods or government directives or any other cause which is beyond its control and can affect the safety of travelers.
8. Columbus Travel takes responsibility of Maximum refund of the tour if any delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss( except in the case of death or personal injury ) is caused by our employee’s negligence
9. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that he/she is physically fit to completethe tour. One is not entitled to any refund for any part of the tour that is missed due to sickness, illness or injury or due to other circumstances outside the control of Columbus Travel
